Initial Identity / Web Identity Reflection (8/23/2012):
I was glad that we [[#|begin]] the semester in such a technical manner. As a senior, it is important that I consider my online self and how it reflects on me as an educator. I have confidence that my [[#|students]] would be able to easily access information about me online. I want the identity students find online to reflect my passion for social justice, cultural tolerance, family, and all people. As an educator, I hope to bring passion and a fresh outlook on reforming public education. I want to work with my colleagues and students to use public education as a means to revolutionize our country. I will use my online identity to share articles and books I read. I may also consider following educators on twitter with the same agenda. Acknowledging how popular “reality” television, Youtube, and others are today, I will be more willingly to post pictures and videos of my life.

The one moment I was very passionate happened in 9th grade, my first crush and kiss. This feeling and passion is represented through the picture from the film "Grease". The two love birds are sitting in the car
at a drive-in movie theater.
Comment:It would be helpful if your presentation provided more detail -- both in terms of insights about current status of online identity and, more importantly, insights about how you want to further craft your online professional identity going forward.
